Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

  1. Login to your account using the top right icon in the header of this website.
  2. Enter automated code to log in.
  3. Fill in relevant information, including reasons for return and request a return.
  4. If  the return request is approved, you will be sent a Royal Mail tracked returns link to the email used for the order.
  5. Click the Royal Mail tracked returns link in your inbox and follow the steps on the portal.

Tips: You can opt for 1 of 2 options:

  • 'Collect From Me': Organise a pick up time of the return from your address. This will require no label to be printed. (Recommended) 
  • 'Drop Off Your Item': This will produce a label for you to print off and attach to your return. You will then be required to drop the parcel off at your local post office or delivery office.

    Please note our full returns policy can be found in our terms and conditions section in the footer. Our main points are as follows:

    • You have 14 days to return/exchange the items, if you are not within this window, you will be unable to return the items.
    • We do not accept returns on headwear for hygiene reasons.
    • Your item must be as you received it and if there are any missing tags, we may not be able to process the return.
    • you must ensure the package is secure before sending the items back.
    • If you require an exchange, you must send the item in the wrong size back, and re-purchase the correct size item.
